Privacy Policy

CutLift is operated by Nader Aldweik, an individual. Contact: support@cutlift.com.

All photo editing, including AI features and generative fill, runs in your browser on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to our servers. To run the AI, your browser downloads model files from a third-party file host; no photos or other content of yours are sent with those downloads.

• Account data when you sign in, received from your sign-in provider (Google or GitHub) through Auth0: your name, email address, profile picture and provider account id.
• Purchase data: whether you have CutLift Pro and the date you bought it. We never see your card number.
• Payment and billing data: when you buy Pro, Dodo Payments processes your name, email, country and payment details as Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of your order so we can unlock Pro, never your card details.
• Usage counter: whether you have used your free premium download.
• Profile settings you choose to set: a display name and avatar.
• Email preference: whether you opted in to product emails (off unless you turn it on).
• Anonymous analytics: page views and basic performance counts via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.

• To run your account, unlock Pro and process payments.
• To send product emails, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos for anything, including AI training, because we never receive them.

Account records are stored on Cloudflare (Workers KV). Your browser also stores data locally on your device: settings, an autosave of your current project (IndexedDB) and your sign-in session. That local data never leaves your device unless you export it, and you can clear it in your browser settings.

• Auth0 (Okta): sign-in.
• Google and GitHub: sign-in providers you choose.
• Dodo Payments: reseller and Merchant of Record for orders (payments, taxes, billing, refunds).
• Cloudflare: account backend, storage and anonymous analytics.
• GitHub Pages: website hosting.
• A third-party file host / CDN: delivers the AI model files to your browser.

You can delete your data at any time from the Account page with "Delete my data", or by emailing support@cutlift.com. We keep only the record that you bought Pro, so you keep Pro if you sign in again, and a count of whether you used your free premium download. You can also turn product emails off at any time.

CutLift is not meant for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
